Your satisfaction guarantee is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within thirty (30) days from date of sale for an exchange or full refund by contacting us for a return authorization number and instructions.

Note: Appliances will be returned to the customer if signs of abuse are found with shipping expenses occuring and billed to you.

We will accept your return and will not charge a restocking fee provided the product is in it's original saleable (not used) condition, in its original carton with all of the original packing materials, parts and instruction manuals with no signs of abuse found (i,e; scratched housing, damaged interior or exterior, etc.) to be determined by us once the product is returned and examined.

Please Note: A restocking fee (generally no more than 15%) will apply or product may be returned if these rules are not followed.

There will be absolutely no items returned after allocated (30-Day) time period. No items will be accepted without a return authorization number. The item being returned for an exchange or refund must be in its original packaging in saleable condition.
